| Melbourne Airport operates
two information desks, located in Arrivals and Departures, which
are open at all times during aircraft arrivals and departures. The
Travellers Information desk in the international terminal provides
tourist information (tel: (3) 92 97 18 05). |

| Airport facilities |
|
| Some Australian
banks offer a limited service at the airport; there are 4 currency
exchange facilities in the international terminal and ATMs are located
in the area between the check-in counters and SkyPlaza on the departures
level. There is a post office in the international terminal and
showers are available in departures. Wheelchair-accessible toilets,
moving walkways and lifts are provided throughout and wheelchairs
are available through airlines. A variety of eating options are
available and the airport's shopping includes duty free. |

| Conference and business
facilities |
|
| VIP rooms
on the arrivals level of the international terminal provide business
& conference facilities and equipment which can be booked through
the airport's main reception. The Centra Hotel also provides conference
rooms and business facilities a short walk from the front of the
international terminal. |

include Avis, Budget, Hertz, National and Thrifty. |

| Car parking |
|
| The airport
has both long and short term car parks close to the passenger terminals.
Short term parking is located immediately in front of the passenger
terminal. The new multi-storey car park offers undercover parking
with direct access to the terminal via undercover walkways. |

| Driving directions |

| From Melbourne
city centre take the CityLink toll road which leads to the Tullamarine
Freeway and direct to the airport. |

| Public transport and
taxis |
|
| Taxis are
available from the ground floor level of the terminal. SkyBus (tel:
(3) 93 35 30 66) operates 24 hours a day between the airport and
the city centre. The service runs approximately every 30 minutes
and drops off at points throughout the city centre, close to hotels
and facilities. A number of bus services link the airport with regional
Victoria. |

Central Melbourne Airport (tel: (3) 93 38 23 22), is 400 metres
from the terminal. Other accommodation in and around Melbourne
can be booked through the Travellers Information Service desk,
Arrivals hall, international terminal.
